How much is a diagnostic?
A diagnostic starts at $60 plus GST. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic amount already paid is credited toward your approved repair total. We confirm the quote, parts and GST before work begins.
Will you repair it without asking me?
No. We explain the recommended work, parts and expected cost for your approval first.
Do repairs include a warranty?
Tell us what needs fixing.
Service is by appointment. Send your device model, symptoms and preferred time. We confirm availability and drop-off instructions before you visit.
Guaranteed 30-Day Labour Warranty
If the same issue caused by covered repair or installation work recurs within 30 days of completion, re-inspection and re-servicing have zero labour fees and zero diagnostic re-fee for that covered recurrence under our repair terms. Replacement hardware and components retain their full applicable manufacturer warranties; coverage and duration depend on the component and manufacturer.
Exactly 30 days on applicable completed repair and installation labour. New or unrelated faults, new damage and parts outside their applicable warranty are governed by the repair terms. Diagnostic-only work is not a completed repair.

Device repairs begin with an appointment-based assessment in North Edmonton, near 165 Ave and 127 St. The exact drop-off address is sent after booking. For workplace equipment, network cabling and installations, describe your site so we can assess an onsite visit. Suitable software issues may be handled remotely.
