Virus and malware removal starts at $100 plus GST. The final quote depends on the severity and scope, and is confirmed before cleanup begins.
Can you help remotely?
Suitable software issues can be assessed remotely with your permission. We confirm the support method and appointment time first; some issues need hands-on service.
Will my computer need to be wiped?
We discuss cleanup options and your files before any approved work. Reinstallation is not assumed to be necessary.
